• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Kits will be dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm, next day if ordered after 1pm
• The costs above include the test kit and return postage directly to the lab
• It is your responsibility to make a note of the return tracking details
• If you need a replacement kit, before the tests has been processed, there is a £25 charge for a new kit to be sent out (per kit)
• The tests depend on you being able to provide enough of the necessary samples. If the instructions aren’t followed and the blood bottles not filled to the top, the test might fail. We can’t accept responsibility for this and if this happens you will need to re order a new test kit at the original price
• Please ensure that you have waited the required period before testing, otherwise the results might nor be accurate
• For urine and swab tests (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, ureaplasma, and mycoplasma) tests are accurate from 2 weeks post contact
• For HIV, hepatitis B , C and Syphilis blood tests, you can check from 1 month post contact, but in the case of Syphilis and hepatitis a further check is required at 3 months post contact
