The dates that matter
- Thursday 24 September – our last morning of appointments at 34 North Colonnade.
- Friday 25 – Sunday 27 September – clinic closed while we move. (Phone lines open as usual on that Thursday and Friday). If you need urgent medical help while we’re closed, please call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
- Monday 28 September – open as usual at our new location at UNTIL, 30 South Colonnade.
If you already have an appointment booked for 28 September onwards, nothing changes except the address — we’ll see you at the new clinic.
Finding us
We’re inside YY London – the distinctive building many locals know as the Revolut building – directly opposite the Jubilee line exit of Canary Wharf station.
Arriving by Jubilee line: step out of the Reuters Plaza station exit and YY London is directly opposite – cross over and you’re there.
Arriving by DLR or on foot at street level: the building has two levels, so head for 30 South Colonnade – the street-level entrance to YY London.
Once inside: ask for us at the UNTIL reception desk ( furthest to the left).
Accessibility
Getting here step-free by public transport is straightforward: both Canary Wharf stations – Jubilee line and Elizabeth line – have step-free access from platform to street level.
Blue Badge parking is available in the Canary Wharf estate car parks, with Jubilee Place the closest to us – for current bays, charges and height limits, see the estate’s parking information.
Step-free access is available at the South Colonnade entrance – to the right of the steps, with a lift to the left. If you’re using a wheelchair or mobility aid, we recommend this entrance.
