Dr Wayne Cottrell:

Dr Wayne Cottrell MBChB (GMC: 4159214)

Dr Cottrell obtained his primary medical degree from the University of the Orange Free State, South Africa in 1994. After moving to the UK, he first worked in psychiatry and subsequently completed his GP Vocational training through the Guys and St Thomas’s training scheme. After qualifying as a GP, he worked as an NHS GP for a few years and then started working at a newly set up private practice in Harley Street. He started his own private practice in Canary Wharf in 2012.

During the pandemic, he has been working with the NHS COVID Emergency response teams.

Dr Cottrell has over twenty years’ experience of family practice (adults and children), sexual health screening, preventative medicine and travel medicine. The practice is CQC registered and was rated “Good” during the most recent inspection at the end of 2019.

Dr Cottrell is fully registered with the GMC and HPCSA and has a licence to practice in both the UK and in South Africa. He is a member of the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF) and the British Association of Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH) . His last revalidation was in January 2021.

Dr Rachael Cave


General Practitioner

Dr Cave qualified as a doctor from the University Of Birmingham. She has worked in both the hospital setting as well as general practice to gain a broad range of experience across many specialities. In particular, she has experience of working in a specialist sexual health centre.

She completed general practice training in London and enjoys working in both the NHS and the private sector. She is friendly, warm and never judgemental.

She is passionate about helping patients to reach their health and wellness goals. She has invested a lot of time into reading the research surrounding nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

By listening carefully to my patients, asking a lot of questions and offering them longer appointment times when needed I can offer individual lifestyle suggestions


Ms Lare Adebayo

Specialist Paediatric Nurse Practitioner

Nurse LareLare qualified as a paediatric nurse in September 2011 at London Southbank University. She works part time with us and part time as a Gastroenterology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH).

Lare has a passion for working with children and ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people and is the clinic safeguarding lead. She has experience of working in a wide range of specialities, including general paediatrics, A&E, Ambulatory/ surgical short stay, Oncology/ haematology and NICU.

Lare always prioritises the safety of her patients, maintaining high standards of care, always with a compassionate and friendly manner. She has a fantastic way with children and adults alike.

Lare enjoys working with and learning from young people and she is committed to making meaningful contributions to their growth. Working in varied environments has enabled her to develop a range of practical skills, including phlebotomy, childhood and adult vaccinations, Yellow Fever, wound care and dressings.

Lare also provides nursing care for our adult patients, including vaccinations, BP checks, UTI checks, injections, stitch removal and asymptomatic sexual health screening.

Dr Stella Adesoye


General Practitioner

Dr Adesoye graduated from Guys, Kings & St Thomas’ School of Medicine in 2007. She trained at several hospitals in London before completing her GP training in 2012.

Alongside Private Medicine, she works as an NHS GP in South East London and uses an evidence-based approach to manage patients holistically.

Dr Adesoye has a special interest in women’s health and has completed her diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, as well as in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She holds letters of competencies for insertion and removal of contraceptive coils and implants.

She is currently working towards the International Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr Stephani Bernard


General Practitioner

Dr Bernard obtained her medical degree at Cambridge University and then completed the clinical medicine part, at Oxford University, graduating in 2011. She completed GP training in 2017 and is also a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. In addition she also holds a diploma in Child Health and in Sexual and Reproductive Health and is trained in fitting intra-uterine devices.

Her special interests are women’s health, contraception, fertility and menopause and lifestyle medicine.

Mr Greg Quee

B.Ed (Hons), AD Dip PD, PG Dip CBT, BABCP

Psychotherapist & Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Greg graduated with a First Class (Hons) in Education, as well as a PG Dip. in Inclusive Education with the Institute of Child Education and Psychology in Europe. After living and working in East Africa for many years Greg returned to the UK, and whilst practising as a CBT therapist he is also completing his PhD in an anxiety intervention for a neurological condition with the use of Virtual Reality.

Greg is a fully qualified CBT psychotherapist and has a wealth of experience supporting adults, young people and parents with a variety of mental health issues. Greg is trained as a high intensity CBT therapist and is an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Prov.

Greg’s ethos is using evidence – based therapy to help support and take care of the individual with a human approach.

Eslem Kusaslan

B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics


Eslem holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She trained at various university hospitals where she furthered her experience and knowledge in nutrition. After moving to the UK, she worked as a Research Dietitian at King’s College Hospital London, and as a volunteer Dietitian at University College London Hospital.

Eslem started her own nutrition consulting business in 2019 and covers a wide range of areas including fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal health, male fertility, weight loss and gut health.

She is passionate about women’s health nutrition. She does not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach – everyone receives a personalised plan to ensure they get the best results possible.
