Our modern, clean premises are LGBTQIA+ friendly, with same-day appointments and rapid results available across a wide range of services, from everyday GP concerns to specialist care and more complex presentations. All doctors and nurses are fully registered (GMC, RCN) and complete annual appraisals.

HOW BOOKING WORKS
- Book your appointment – online anytime, or call us (phones answered 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday).
- Same-day where slots allow – we’re appointment-only, with same-day slots available across the week.
- Be seen properly – a full consultation with a doctor, not a rushed triage call.
- Leave with what you need – prescription, referral, fit note or results plan, issued where clinically appropriate, with follow-up arranged if needed.

“In my Canary Wharf practice, sexual health presentations typically fall into three categories:
Regardless of the reason, my advice is always to seek a clinical evaluation as soon as possible. Many STIs cause no symptoms but can lead to long-term complications if left untreated. We provide a discreet, non-judgmental environment where we assess your individual risk and, where appropriate, prescribe HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) or DoxyPEP to significantly reduce infection risk.
Most STIs can be reliably tested from 10 days after exposure, but if you develop symptoms sooner, do not delay seeking care. In the fast-paced environment of London E14, we prioritise rapid testing and prompt treatment for your peace of mind and long-term health.”

Usually, yes. We’re appointment-only – no walk-ins – but same-day appointments are available across the week. Book online or call us from 08:30 on weekdays.
No. There’s no registration list – you simply book the appointment you need. We keep your records securely, so there’s continuity of care whenever you return.
Yes. Our doctors issue private prescriptions where clinically appropriate, and provide referral letters for specialist consultations and imaging.
Only with your consent. If you’d like us to, we can send a summary of your consultation to your NHS GP to keep your records joined up.
All fees are published openly on our fees page, with no hidden extras.
