Dr Greg Quee
PHD, B.Ed(hons), AD Dip PD, PG Dip CBT, BABCP
Greg is our Psychotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). He graduated with a First Class (Hons) degree in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive Education from the Institute of Child Education and Psychology in Europe.
He lived and worked in East Africa for many years before returning to the UK to complete a PhD focused on an anxiety intervention for a neurological condition, using Virtual Reality.
Greg is a fully qualified CBT psychotherapist, trained as a High Intensity CBT Therapist, and has extensive experience supporting adults, young people, and parents with a wide range of mental health concerns. He is also an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) (provisional).
Greg’s approach combines evidence-based therapy with a warm, human style, helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered with practical tools for lasting change.
