- We are committed to provide our patients with the best possible service. However, we recognise that at times, thing can go wrong. If you just have a minor concern, you are always welcome to email me at email@example.com, in the first instance and I would be very happy to phone or arrange for a face to face meeting with myself.
- If however you feel that we have not met your standards/or let you down and would like to make a formal complaint, please have a look at our complaints procedure and email the Practice manager firstname.lastname@example.org. We take complaints very seriously and will address your concerns as soon as possible and as per the complaints procedure
